Refund Policy

We want you to be satisfied with IDProt. This policy explains when and how you can request a refund of your $1.95 trial charge or a $24.95 renewal.
7-day trial
Your subscription starts with a 7-day trial for $1.95. You can cancel any time during the trial to prevent the first $24.95 renewal charge. If you feel the $1.95 trial charge was made in error, contact us within 30 days and we'll review it.
Renewals
After the trial, your subscription auto-renews at $24.95 every 28 days (or $14.95 every 28 days if your account was moved to the reduced rate after a declined renewal). Renewals are generally non-refundable. To avoid a renewal charge, cancel before your current period ends via your account page or the cancellation form.
How to request a refund
- Email idprothelp@gmail.com within 30 days of the charge.
- Include the email address used at purchase and a brief description of the issue.
- We typically respond within 2 business days and process approved refunds within 5–10 business days.
